It works great on my laptop also running windows 10, completely plug-and-play. It turned out it had over 100 nF input capacitance, which is more than enough to create a low-pass filter with the guitar's impedance. I started to have doubts in the adapter and started measuring. It worked fine with the No Cable Launcher, but I had troubles with detection, especially with the high E string, harmonics and some chords (most notably G).
